Our Team

Robert Williams - Founder; Retired

Bob was born and spent his adolescent years in the small town of Brawley, California.  Bob’s agricultural career began right after high school when he went to work for Valley Irrigation in the Imperial Valley of California.  He started his career at the bottom of the ladder and steadily gained responsibility within the organization.  Bob became the branch manager within a few years.

In 1978 Bob and his family relocated to Southern Idaho. He had a burning desire to try his hand at farming and farmed for four years.  Commodity prices were low and interest and land rent was high, so Bob decided to make a change.  He applied for a sales position with a major shipper and spent 6 years there.

At the age of 50, Bob made a bold move when he started his own company:20/20 Produce Sales.  The first year of business for Bob and 20/20 Produce was pretty lean, but Bob never lost focus of his goals and passion to make the business work.  The company grew steadily and went from just a few loads a week to several loads a day.  Realizing the need for more personnel to handle the growing needs of the business, Bob approached his son Mark, and convinced him to join the business.  Bob and Mark never looked back.  Last year the company hit it’s highest sales volume ever.

Bob is a loving husband, father, and grandfather.  He is a true salesman at heart.  He is proud of what 20/20 Produce has become, and he looks forward to watching the next generation take the company he started to new levels.

Mark Williams - President

Mark was born and raised in the agriculture rich Imperial Valley of Southern California.  His father’s career relocation brought him to the mountains of Southern Idaho when he was 15.  Mark completed high school and later attended Boise State University, all while working as a farm manager during the summer months.

Mark enlisted and served in the US Air Force, which eventually led to a decade of work as a Federal Agent for the Department of Justice.

In 1994, Mark returned to Idaho to raise his children and joined his father at the newly formed 20/20 Produce Sales, Inc.  Mark and his father, Robert Williams, successfully developed and implemented their vision for 20/20 Produce. Their philosophy was simple: to provide unequaled customer service and superior products, while developing long-term sustainable alliances.  In 2004, Mark was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he currently maintains. His passions include his family, playing guitar, fishing, and golf.

Colin Gibson - Outside Sales Representative
